Skills are not only about your technical skills, but rather your set of skills - may they be technical, physical or tactical - that you are able to use in a game to make a difference and that earn you MVP nominations. Players get nominated for MVP not only for their technical skills, but their performance, impact on the game and results. The league managers and the team captains decide 3 MVPs for each team after each game.

Comment
Defenders have been unfairly evaluated and rewarded in the football world. Data for ATT is generally easier to collect (e.g.:number of goals), while data for DEF is mainly from observation. Fortunately, technologies are developing in the professional world to collect relevant data for defenders now. It's not our case (yet). So, we play with the other data and use logic. Naturally, a Defender's highest rating should be the DEF one. So, we started from basis points (average of ATT+SKL+TWK - which data are easier to collect) and we add or subtract points based on the player's position.
